We guarantee each Markus Ruby watch for 3 years (quartz watches) or 1 year (mechanical watches) from the date of purchase provided that your watch was purchased from an authorized Markus Ruby dealer and the certificate of guarantee was completed correctly.

This guarantee covers all defects resulting from defective materials or manufacturing. During this period regulations, adjustments, repairs or replacement parts of the movement will be carried out free of charge except when the damage has been caused by neglect, inexpert repair or as the result of the intervention of unauthorized persons.

This guarantee does not cover the strap, glass, battery or any discoloration through normal wear. Also this guarantee does not cover consequential loss  whatsoever and however arising. Only the costs of the parts and service shall in any circumstances be accepted by us. In the event of a claim under the guarantee return the watch to us together with a valid guarantee card. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused in transit and recommend that all watches are returned by registered post.
